I find a handout from 1918 on the Spanish Flu during the 2020 pandemic and ask myself "How can I keep myself as clean and fresh as my shelves to start a better year for myself and others?"
On occasion we come across a true gem in the form of a book signed by the author. This month we are sharing Always A Reckoning by Jimmy Carter.
There is something so connecting about finding something that belonged to someone else, like a little window into another’s life and time. We have all things holidays on our minds right now and these 3 seem like natural treasures to share!
Nope...haven't found a wad of cash...YET. I do find a number of other curious things tucked inside books from 100 year old letters to weird photographs of a doll on a ladder (not lying).
