Returns & Exchanges

Elements gladly accepts returns and exchanges:
Contact within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations:
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Curated Orders
Blemished Books- Sold as Blemished

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and/or product. Restocking fee of 15% of orders greater than $500.00. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
